ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter and be eligible to win, you must: (a) be a member of HUGGIES® Rewards. Becoming a member is free. Membership is subject to the Official Terms and Conditions (incorporated herein by reference), available at HUGGIES.com. (b) You must also be a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico who is 18 years of age or older, AND (c) have a valid email address. Void in Quebec. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes: (a) any person who, at any time on or after 2/1/2014, was or is a director, officer, or employee of Kimberly-Clark Global Sales, LLC, or its parent, subsidiaries, franchisees, agents, suppliers, or service agencies; (b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Promotion or engaged in the administration or execution of this Promotion (collectively with the entities in 2(a), the “Promotion Entities”), and (c) persons who reside in the same household (i.e., live in the same household for at least 3 of the 12 months preceding the start of the Promotion Period, whether related or not) as any person in any of the preceding categories.

HOW TO ENTER: Enter at HUGGIES.com, read and accept these Official Rules, and follow the instructions to log in and play the Instant Win game by redeeming 2 Point(s) from your HUGGIES® Rewards Member Account (“Member Account”). Visit the Participating Products page in the rewards section on HUGGIES.com for a full list of participating products and their corresponding point values. You will earn one (1) Instant Win game play after successfully redeeming your Point(s). Limit of 20 entries per person for the Promotion Period regardless of method of entry. All entries must be submitted by 2/28/2014 at 11:59:59 PM CT to be eligible. All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Instant Win prizes are randomly time seeded throughout the Promotion Period and awarded to the person who plays on or after the time the prize is randomly seeded. The time of day when you play the game during the Promotion Period, as recorded by the Web site technology, and the number of entries received will solely determine whether or not you are a Potential Winner.

Potential Winners will be sent a “Play Receipt”, including a unique Security Identification Code (SIC), to the email address you provided in the registration process. The Play Receipt and SIC will confirm the results of the applicable game play.
